Mooki is a personal dog health and life tracking app. By creating an account and using Mooki, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Mooki provides general health information based on published veterinary guidelines (WSAVA 2024). This is not veterinary advice and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before making decisions about your dog's health, vaccines, or treatments. Mooki accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of in-app recommendations.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Mooki. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@mookiapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Photos and notes you upload remain yours. You grant Mooki a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display them to you within the app for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add to Mooki.

We aim to keep Mooki available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
Mooki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on any information within it, including health recommendations.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
